You are looking for a brown, 2-storey house right on the corner of 5th Street & 30th Avenue NE. There's plenty of parking in front of the house and fence line facing South. Please do not park in the driveway as it will block the walkway for other patients to come and go.
Go through the iron gate beside the last garage on your right, enter the door on your left, there is no need to ring the doorbell. Please take off your shoes/boots in the landing & walk down the stairs where I will greet you.
